Open Monthly Attendance
Go to HRM → Attendance → Monthly Attendance. The original page opens first unless you chose another default. Try the new layout opens the workspace without changing your default.
Make this my default saves your own Monthly Attendance layout at this institute. View old layout opens the original page, where Make old layout my default restores it. Student attendance and report layouts keep their separate choices. Other users keep their own defaults. Retry a failed default save; the previous choice remains.
Enter the month’s totals
Choose Month and optionally Campus and Employees. Designation Groups choose the groups shown. Enter the school’s absence/leave counts, Total lectures where applicable, and Notes. Search, sorting, page size and pagination help review the loaded employees. Changing Month, Campus or Employees clears the current checks and edits.
Save and remove records
Save Attendance uses all edited or checked eligible employees in the loaded month, including rows hidden by search or designation groups. The heading checkbox covers all loaded eligible employees. Review the checked/edited counts before saving; searching does not narrow the save scope.
Monthly records take over from day-wise attendance in reports and salary. Saving an all-zero month for an employee with daily attendance keeps the original confirmation. Locked months cannot be saved; salary-generated rows keep their edit/remove restrictions.
Remove monthly uses checked eligible saved monthly records, including hidden rows, and keeps the original explicit confirmation that day-wise attendance will be used again. Changing layouts does not save or remove attendance.
Print uses the complete chosen designation groups with the current entered values, across pages. Search and pagination do not restrict printing. The original grouping, branding and print layout remain in use. While loading, stale grid and print output are hidden and controls are disabled.
