Try the student daywise attendance workspace

Review each student’s recorded daily statuses in a searchable grid, or return to the original report.

Open the daywise report

Go to Exam & Attendance → Attendance Report → Combine Day Wise Attendance Report. The original page opens first unless you chose another default. Press Try the new layout to try the workspace without changing your default.

Make this my default saves your own attendance-report layout at this institute. Summary and Daywise share this choice. View old layout opens the original report, where Make old layout my default restores it. Other users and your attendance marking layout keep their own choices.

Load daily statuses

Choose Campus, Class and at least one Session. Section, Gender and Group/Discipline are optional. Choose From and To spanning 2–31 calendar days, including both dates, then press Get report. An invalid range is explained before loading.

Students appear down the grid with one column per date, including weekends and holidays. The active legend explains the school’s status codes. A blank cell means unmarked, not absent. Totals count the existing recorded statuses. This page reads saved attendance; it does not mark attendance or send messages.

Search, export and print

Use the top search, sortable headings, page size and page controls to review the loaded grid. Clear search to show every loaded student. Excel and PDF exports include the current search results across pages. Print report includes the complete loaded report with school branding, class, section, dates and the active legend.

Choose new filters and press Get report to replace the loaded result. While loading, filters are disabled. A loading error hides the previous table and print action; retry after checking your filters. Summary Report opens the totals view of this workspace. Select its filters again.
