Open the blank register
Go to Exam & Attendance → Student Attendance → Attendance Sheet. The original page opens first unless you chose another default. Try the new layout opens the workspace without changing your default.
Make this my default saves your own attendance-report layout at this institute. Summary, Daywise, Individual and Attendance Sheet share this choice. View old layout opens the original page, where Make old layout my default restores it. Other users and your attendance marking layout keep their own choices.
Generate a sheet
Choose Campus. Class, Section, Gender, Group/Discipline and Session are optional. Choose From and To, the sort order, Section Wise or Group Wise printing, visible registration/roll columns, included weekdays, extra blank rows and extra columns. Press Generate Attendance Sheet.
The loaded grid combines the selected section/group blocks with class and group labels and the requested blank rows. Date cells stay blank for handwritten attendance. This is a paper register, not a report of recorded daily statuses; generating it does not mark attendance or send messages.
Review, export and print
Search, sortable headings, page size and pagination apply to the loaded grid. Excel and PDF exports include the current matching rows across pages. Clear search to restore the full grid, including the requested blank rows. Hidden father-name/contact columns follow the visibility choices.
Choose Landscape or Portrait and the father-name/contact visibility before Print. Printing uses the complete original register with its section/group pages, date columns, extra rows, branding and signature line. Search, sorting and pagination do not limit this print. If the new print window is blocked, the original on-page print fallback remains available.
Change generation settings and press Generate Attendance Sheet again to replace the loaded sheet. While generating, settings are disabled and previous output is hidden. A failure hides stale output and explains how to retry. Workspace tabs open the other attendance reports; select their filters again.
