Open one student’s report
Go to Exam & Attendance → Attendance Report → Individual Attendance Report. The original report opens first unless you chose another default. Try the new layout opens the workspace without changing your default.
Make this my default saves your own attendance-report layout at this institute. Summary, Daywise, Individual and Attendance Sheet share this choice. View old layout opens the original report, where Make old layout my default restores it. Other users and your attendance marking layout keep their own choices.
Select and load a month
Choose Campus, Class and Section to load the active students. Select the Student explicitly and choose Month, then press View Attendance Report. Campus, Class, Student and Month are required. The report uses the existing saved attendance records and status totals.
Each detail row is a recorded day with attendance status, recording type, expected and actual times, Call/SMS Status and Notes. Call/SMS Status shows existing follow-up information; this page does not send messages. Unmarked calendar dates are not invented as absence rows. A month without records shows empty details and zero totals.
Review, export and print
Search, sorting, page size and pagination apply to the loaded details. Excel and PDF exports include matching detail rows across pages. Totals remain the complete loaded month. Print report includes the complete loaded details and totals with school branding, independent of search and pagination.
The title describes the loaded student and month. Select new filters and press View Attendance Report to replace that result. While loading, selectors are locked and the previous grid and print action are hidden. Other loading errors hide stale output and explain how to retry. Switch workspace tabs to another report and select its filters again.
