Try the student attendance summary workspace

Use the familiar attendance summary with a compact searchable grid, or return to the original page.

Open the summary

Go to Exam & Attendance → Attendance Report → Combine Attendance Report. The original page opens first unless you chose another default. Press Try the new layout to open the summary workspace. Trying it does not change your default.

Press Make this my default to keep the new attendance-report layout for your own sign-in at this institute. View old layout opens the original report. On that original page, Make old layout my default restores it as your usual view. Your attendance marking layout and other users' choices are separate.

Load and review attendance

Choose Campus, Class and at least one Session. Section, Gender and Group/Discipline are optional. Select From and To, then press Get report. The report uses the existing saved attendance; this page does not mark attendance or send messages.

The grid shows each student's totals, unmarked days, active attendance statuses and percentages. Total Days includes every calendar day. Unmarked Days are days without a recorded status, not absences. Percentage calculations keep the existing report rules, including the handling of Off Day.

Search, export and print

Use the top search, page size and page controls to review the loaded grid. Clear search to show the full result again. Sortable column headings order the loaded rows. Excel and PDF exports include the current search results across pages. Print report includes the complete loaded report with its date range and school branding.

Changing filters does not replace the loaded report until you press Get report. If loading fails, the error explains how to retry. The Day wise link opens the day-by-day view of this workspace. Select its filters again; your attendance-report layout default is shared by both views.
