Open SMS Report
Open Exam & Att → Attendance Report → SMS Report.
Choose your view
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. SMS Report and App Notification Report share this choice. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves retain your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching here retains filters, sorting, page size, page, checked rows, current inputs and the page address. Switching views does not send, resend, disable or delete messages.
Loaded logs and selection
Search and column filters apply to the loaded logs. The original page starts with 100 rows. Select all checks the complete filtered set, including other pages. Excel and PDF use all filtered rows in their current order; they do not use only checked rows. Browser Print keeps the displayed page and original headings. No new export or paging action is added.
Original actions
SMS and WhatsApp filters keep their original scope. Only rows with a message identifier can be checked. Resend SMS, Disable Selected SMS, Delete Selected SMS and Delete Sent SMS keep their original actions and confirmation rules. Delete Sent SMS confirms deletion of all sent SMS logs, not just checked rows. Send Testing SMS opens the original contact and message form; Save keeps its original behavior. These message actions can affect parents, so use the original permissions and checks.
Loading and recovery
Required reads and pending actions disable data controls in the new view. A failed read hides stale table data and offers Retry log reads for that failed read. During a later load or failure, the table and checked rows are retained. An open testing form retains its text, with Close still usable. Sorting headings keep their native table labels and also work with Tab, Enter and Space.
