Academic Director
Open Admin → Users & Privileges → Manage → Profile & Role. Academic Director is an account designation and role. The designation suggests that role; review the mobile application choices before saving. It has the same assigned-permission and campus checks as a standard staff user, with no automatic Super Admin or gate-only access. Review Permissions Matrix separately.
Verified email on the users list
Username and verified email appear together. Search and User exports include the verified address. No verified email means the account has no confirmed address; a login email alone is not labelled verified. These changes do not verify an email or send an email.
