Open General → Front Desk → Visitor Dashboard.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on this page keeps the current inputs and page address. Other links keep their original destinations.
Original scope
Today’s presence, pending meetings and student leave remain separate original counts. The dashboard keeps its original one-minute refresh and bounded activity lists. New visitor and Gate Entry keep their original destinations. A layout switch does not register a visitor or change a meeting.
Loading and recovery
The new layout hides stale content while required reads are pending or failed. Retry repeats only the failed dashboard read.
