Open Visitor Meetings
Open General → Front Desk → Visitor Meetings.
Choose your layout
Classic opens first unless you save another default. Try the new layout and View old layout switch both ways. A layout in the page address takes priority for that visit. Failed default saves keep your previous choice and offer Retry. Switching on this page keeps the current inputs and page address. Other links keep their original destinations.
Original scope
The original Search applies your filters. The list shows the returned page, up to 50 meetings; the status counts keep their original scope. The original one-minute refresh remains. Browser Print keeps the loaded meeting rows. Choosing Completed opens the completion form. In the cancellation prompt, OK records No show; Cancel records that the meeting was called off. A layout switch does not change a meeting status.
Loading and recovery
The new layout disables data controls during required reads, searches or saves. Failed required reads hide stale content and offer Retry for the failed read. A draft stays visible and disabled during a pending save and is retained through both layouts. Original permissions and completed-record restrictions remain unchanged.
