Sign in and choose campuses
Open General → EDUBase App Links → Face/QR Attendance App and install 2.5. Sign in with your school code and your own staff username and password. Remember me keeps the code and username, not the password.
Select the campuses you are allowed to manage, or choose All Campus for all your permitted campuses. This does not grant access to a campus your school account cannot manage.
Switch campus and navigate
Use Home → Switch Campus to change the gate's campus selection. The staff member who registered the gate confirms this change. Directory and Settings open without another PIN when you are signed in.
The app shows people from the selected permitted campuses. Changes to your school account, employment status or campus permissions can remove access. Ask your administrator to check the permissions if an expected campus is missing.
Mark attendance
Use the camera switch on the attendance or enrollment screen to choose the front or back camera. You can also enter a Student SID or Employee ID below the scanning screen.
Attendance feedback clearly identifies Check-In or Check-Out. A repeated punch is announced as Already attendance marked.
Remove an enrollment
Open the person and choose Remove Enrollment. Enter the password of the staff account currently signed in. Another person's password does not confirm the action.
This removes the enrolled face vectors. Audit reference photos are retained.
