How do I print fee reminder letters for families who have not paid?

Extras › Print Fee Reminder prints a reminder for students with unpaid fees, so the letters can go home with the children.

Steps

1. Go to Extras › Print Fee Reminder
2. Choose the Campus
3. Choose the month the reminder is about
4. Narrow by class if you only want one group
5. Print

Reminder or defaulter list?

Different jobs:

• Print Fee Reminder — the letter that goes to the family
• Admissions › Fee Defaulters Month Wise / Family Wise / Total Amount — the lists the office works from, and where you can go straight on to take payment
• Admissions › Fee Defaulter Reminders — the reminder that sends itself, by SMS, WhatsApp or the parents app, on a day of the month you choose

Use the defaulter screens to see and chase; use this one to hand something to a parent; use Fee Defaulter Reminders when you no longer want to remember to do it at all. That last one starts switched off for every campus, and its Preview shows who would be messaged without sending anything.

Common confusion

"A family who has paid got a reminder." The payment was recorded after the reminders were printed, or against a different month. Check the month on the challan.

"Nothing prints." No unpaid challan matches the campus, month and class chosen — confirm challans were actually generated for that month.
