To publish a school announcement for parents to read in their app, use News Management or the dated Notice Board according to the table below. A spoken pickup call at the school gate is a separate dismissal activity and does not deliver news to parents' phones. Parents ko school ki announcement pohanchane ke liye app par news post karein; dated notice ke liye Notice Board kholein. Parents read the saved announcement in the app; publishing school news does not automatically send a notification.
News, notice or message — which one
Three different things, and picking the wrong one is why an announcement does not land:

News is for "the school won a tournament". A notice is for "school closes at 11 on Friday". A message is for "please come and see me about Ali".
Steps
- Go to General › News Management
- Write a clear title — parents see it in a list, so it has to work on its own
- Write the description
- Save
If parents cannot see it
- The Notice Board feature can be restricted for families with fee dues — General › Parent App Privileges
- Very old parents-app versions may not show newer surfaces; check the app version
Common confusion
"Does posting news send a notification?" Not by itself. Something parents must act on should go out as a notice or a message as well.
