A PTM meeting is one class's sitting, so the sheet prints one class at a time. On General › PTM, every meeting row has a Print button. It opens General › PTM › Print: the school name, address and logo, then a header naming that meeting's Class, Group, Sections, Sessions, Genders and PTM/Meeting ID, then one row per child — SID, name (with the student's contact number under it), attendance status, who came (relation and name), the remarks mood, weakness area, improvement area, complaint and suggestion.
Steps
- General › PTM → Print on the class you want
- Optionally pick a gender in the yellow bar to print only boys or only girls
- Press Print — it uses the browser's print dialog, so choose the printer or Save as PDF there
- Fill the sheet by hand on the day, or print it after evaluations are saved to keep a paper record
The sheet lists exactly the children in that meeting's scope — the sections, sessions and genders picked when the meeting was created — so a class whose two sections sit together prints as one sheet. For another class, go back to the PTM list and press Print on that class's row; there is no all-classes-at-once sheet.
The two tick boxes
- Show Old History is meant to add, under each child, the record from an earlier meeting this one was copied from. Meetings created on the web are not linked to an older meeting, so for them the box usually adds nothing.
- Hide PTM ID / Date appears only with old history on, and drops that column to save width.
Add Remarks — the old grid
General › PTM › Add Remarks is the earlier bulk-entry grid. The PTM list no longer has a button for it — the Evaluation button opens the shared evaluation screen instead — but the old address still works for anyone who bookmarked it.
On it you tick the students you are recording, set Attendance Status (Present, Absent, Absent due to reason, Visit Before, Visit Later), Attendee Relation and name, the Remarks mood (Happy, Worried, Satisfactory, Unhappy), and type weakness area, improvement area, complaint and suggestion. Save & Add Remarks saves only the ticked rows and stays grey until at least one is ticked.
Why Evaluation replaced it
The old grid cannot record the parent's contact number, strengths, subject-wise performance or a voice note. Evaluation can, and it is the same screen the teacher app writes to. Use Add Remarks only to finish something started there.
Common confusion
"Remarks on the printed sheet shows a word like Happy, not what the teacher wrote." That column is the parent's mood. The teacher's written notes are in Evaluation and the PTM Report.
"The sheet came out blank." That is the normal blank sheet: print it before the meeting and the class teacher fills it in by hand. Print it after the evaluations are saved and the same sheet comes out filled.
