Both are cards on Exam & Att (formerly Exam & Attendance) › Examination › Examination Reports. Each prints ONE grid for the class — a row per student, a column per subject — instead of one card per child.
- Combined Subject Report — every exam of a subject inside the date range is added into a single figure per subject (obtained/total, optional %), then Total, Sec/Class Pos and Remarks.
- Combined & Subject Wise Report — the same grid, but each subject is split into one column per exam date, with a subject total after them. A student who missed a date shows 0/0 in that column.
Steps
- Set the filters (Result Type, Campus, Class, Section, Test Type, Exam Date From/To). Sort By lists the students (Class Position, Section Position, Section Wise, SID Wise). Order lists the subjects in the grid (Exam Date-wise or Subject Wise / A→Z). Those two pills are global — they apply here the same way they apply on the Result Card.
- On the card tick the columns you want — Sid No., Roll No., Father/Guardian Name, Sec/Class Pos, Remarks, Show %age; the Combined Subject Report also has Date of Birth and Show Graphs, the Combined & Subject Wise card has Student Name and Subject Total.
- Preview shows it in the Live Preview panel; Open Full Report or Generate opens the print tab.
- In the tab press Print. The Combined & Subject Wise tab also has Export to Excel and Show/Hide Graph (the Teacher Performance (Subject-wise %) chart); the Combined Subject Report draws its chart when Show Graphs is ticked.
What the grid shows
- Only marks-based subjects. Conduct-style graded subjects are left out.
- The Combined Subject Report's heading names the exam of the first mark found, so mixed test types print under one name; the Combined & Subject Wise heading lists every selected test type.
- The bottom row Total Subject/Teacher Percentage is the class's percentage per subject (all students' obtained ÷ total for that subject).
- Sec/Class Pos prints as section position / class position; a student who could not be ranked shows
---. - Remarks come from the class's grading policy for the student's overall percentage; a percentage the policy does not cover prints Remarks Not Set for this Percentage.
Common confusion
"No Grading Policy Associated With This Class!" Attach a policy at Exam › Class Grading Policy first.
"The tab says 'No report parameters found' or 'No data found'." A print tab reads its data once when it opens, so a refreshed or bookmarked tab is empty. Close it, go back and press Generate again.
"The Combine & Subject Report menu link just goes back to Examination Reports." That standalone page only shows a report when it is opened with report parameters; opened on its own it sends you to Examination Reports. Use the Combined & Subject Wise Report card there.

Readable paper copy
For a report with several subjects, open Exam & Att → Examination Reports → Combined Subject Report → Print and choose A4 landscape. Student names and marks use a larger body font, columns fit the page width, and long headings wrap. Student rows can continue on later pages. Check the paper orientation, margins and scaling in print preview before printing.
