Where do I see how many lectures each teacher took in a month and how much they earned?

Last updated

HRM › Salary › Lecture-Wise Salary Report — one row per teacher per month, read-only: Month, Teacher, Campus, Lectures, Lecture amount, Net salary and a status, closed by a grand total for the whole range. Choose a From and To month, and optionally a campus or one teacher.

Two kinds of row, and the difference matters

  • Paid — the month has a generated salary. The numbers are the ones frozen when that salary was made, so this report always agrees with the salary slip, even after somebody later changes a rate.
  • Not calculated yet — no salary generated for that month. The numbers are worked out live and can still change as lectures are approved or rates added.

Reading a row

Click any row for the lecture-by-lecture detail — the breakdown by class and subject, and every entry in the register for that month with its status. This is what to open when a teacher asks mere kitne lecture count huay and how the amount was reached.

On a Not calculated yet row, lectures still waiting for approval are shown separately and are not in the amount. Lectures with no rate are flagged in red and count as zero.

Printing

Print uses your institute's General Branding letterhead, like the other finance reports. Filters and help text are not printed.

Common confusion

"The report and the salary slip show different amounts." They cannot, on a Paid row — both read the same frozen record. If they differ, the row is Not calculated yet and the salary has not been generated for that month.

"A teacher is missing from the report." Teachers with no lectures recorded in the period are not listed at all, so the report is not full of zeroes. When nobody has any, the screen says so and points you to HRM › Salary › Lecture Register, where lectures are recorded.
