The Users & Privileges page lists every privilege in the system, grouped by module. To find one fast, type a few letters into the Find a privilege… box at the top left — for example snapshot or salary. The list narrows to the matching privileges and their modules open automatically, with a small counter showing how many matches there are.
Good to know
- The search looks at the privilege name, the row text under it, and the module name — so finance opens the whole Finance module.
- Clearing the box puts the page back to its normal folded view; your ticks and unticks are untouched either way.
- Only a Superadmin can change ticks — everyone else sees the same page view-only, and the search still works for them.
Repeated permissions
Each permission appears once. For Parent App OTP Portal, View and Reveal are separate permissions: View opens the portal and analytics; Reveal permits login codes and live requests. Choose the required permissions and campuses, then Save Privileges.
Repeated copies of the same permission have been removed from this list. Existing access and campus permissions remain unchanged. Reload an already-open privilege editor before editing.
