Exam & Att (formerly Exam & Attendance) › Attendance Report › Individual Attendance Report shows one student, one month: a totals strip (Present, Absent, Late… — only the statuses your school has switched on) and then one line per marked day. It is the screen for ek bache ki poore mahine ki attendance dekhni ho — one child, the whole month — and its printout is the record to hand to a parent who asks how the child's month went (parent ko dikhana ho).
Steps
- Pick Campus, Class and Section. Each list fills the next one; the Student list appears only after a section is chosen and lists the active students of that section (an empty section says "No Data Found!").
- Pick the Student and the Month (this month is preselected).
- Press View Attendance Report. Campus, Class, Student and Month are all required.
- Print appears under the button once a report with data has loaded.
What each column means
- Day & Date and Attendance — the status recorded for that day.
- Type — how it was recorded: Manual (web), Teacher App, QR, biometric or face gate. A correction later on View/Update Attendance keeps the original type.
- Decided Time In / Out — the shift times expected that day; a value shown as Off Day means the day was set as off. Actual Time In / Out — the scan times written by QR / face / biometric attendance (bacha kis time school aaya, kis time gaya); blank when the mark was made by hand.
- Call/SMS Status and Notes — the follow-up (Called / Not Called / SMS Sent) and the reason typed on the Absentees screen for that day, when any.
Behaviour to know
- Days that were never marked do not appear — the report lists records, not the calendar.
- A month with no records shows "No Data Found!" with every total at zero, and no Print button.
- On the printout, the header and footer come from Exam › Manage Brandings for that campus (layout Individual Attendance Report); on screen they are hidden.
Common confusion
"The student is not in the list." The list holds active students of exactly that campus, class and section — a promoted or left student is not there.
"I need the whole class, not one child." Use Combine Attendance Report (totals) or Combine Day Wise Attendance Report (grid).
