Core › Campus-Classes is one grid: a row for every class, a column for every campus. Tick the box where that class runs — that tick is what links the class to that campus. Class ko campus se link karna hai — this grid is where that happens.
Each tick is written straight away — there is no Save button on this page. A tick that is rejected springs back and tells you what stopped it.
Steps
- Go to Core › Campus-Classes
- Find the class row
- Tick the column of each campus where that class exists
- Untick to take the class out of use at that campus
Running a class everywhere
The yellow column at the end of the row, All Campus, switches that class on or off across every branch you have in one click — quicker than working along the row when the class is taught school-wide.
Why this screen matters
A class exists as a name as soon as you create it on Core › Classes, but it does nothing until it is ticked here. Anywhere a class should appear and does not — the admission form, attendance, fee plans, promotions — check this grid first.
Common confusion
"Admission form mein class nahi aa rahi." The Class dropdown on the admission form offers only the classes linked to the campus you picked above it — and the Section list under it fills from that class. Tick the class here and it appears.
"I unticked a class by mistake, are the students gone?" No. Unticking removes the class from that campus's lists; the student records are untouched. Tick it back and everything reappears.
"The grid is empty." You have no campuses yet, or no classes yet. Create them on Core › Campus and Core › Classes first.
