New → Timetable Setup is where a school starts. Set up bell times, periods, rooms, teaching loads and teacher limits. In Timetable Builder, place lessons or preview an automatic draft, then review its conflict warnings before applying it. A teacher, room or section cannot be assigned twice at the same time. Timetable Reports shows teaching loads and the published grid. Existing uploaded teacher timetable files remain available separately in Timetable Reports.
If New or this module is missing, ask EDUBase support to check your institute’s module availability. If the module appears but a screen or action is denied, ask your school administrator to check the matching privilege in Admin → Users & Privileges.
The New menu is between General and Core. It appears only when the institute has an enabled new module, and lists only enabled modules. Staff privileges still control access.
