New → Question Bank is where a school starts. In Question Bank, create chapters and add questions with marks, type and difficulty. Open Paper Generator, add sections, select questions manually or use Auto-pick, and check that section marks add up before finalising. Print the saved paper and answer key, or save a PDF from the print view. Question Bank Reports shows coverage and question use.
If New or this module is missing, ask EDUBase support to check your institute’s module availability. If the module appears but a screen or action is denied, ask your school administrator to check the matching privilege in Admin → Users & Privileges.
The New menu is between General and Core. It appears only when the institute has an enabled new module, and lists only enabled modules. Staff privileges still control access.
