When you create an award list (Exam › Award Lists › Create), each subject has a Teacher box. Selecting the teacher does two things:
- that teacher sees the award list in the Teacher App and can enter the marks there
- the marks are credited to that teacher in Exam & Att › Examination › Teacher Performance
If a subject has no teacher, saving shows No teacher selected. The marks still save if you choose to save anyway, but that subject will not appear for any teacher in the app and is missing from the teacher performance report.
Does the teacher's name print on the award list?
No. The teacher selected on the award list is used for the Teacher App and the performance report; the printed award list does not carry the teacher's name. There is no setting to add it to the print.
Can the admin correct marks a teacher entered?
Yes. Editing is done on the web (admin panel), not in the Teacher App: open Exam & Att › Examination › Update Marks and SMS, pick the award list and correct the marks or grades, then save. Any mistake a teacher made can be fixed there by a user who has the update right.
